DRAGONFLY PSYCHOTHERAPY Learning Frequently Asked Questions Dragonfly Learning · Last updated: June 2026 Below are answers to the questions I am asked most often about the Dragonfly Learning site and the CPD I offer. If your question is not covered here, you are very welcome to email me at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk and I will be glad to help. Your use of the learning site is also governed by my Learning Terms and Conditions and my Learning Privacy Notice. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents take precedence. About the Learning Site What is Dragonfly Learning? Dragonfly Learning is where I share continuing professional development (CPD) and other learning content drawn from my work as an integrative psychotherapist and former NHS GP. There is a mix of free and paid content, and the library grows steadily over time. Who is the CPD for? My content is designed for two audiences: professionals such as therapists, counsellors, healthcare staff, and educators who are looking for CPD, and interested members of the public who would like to understand a topic more deeply. Where a session is aimed mainly at one of these audiences, I say so in the description so you can choose what suits you. What topics do you cover? Topics reflect my clinical interests and the areas I am asked about most often, including anxiety, burnout, neurodiversity, rejection sensitive dysphoria, menopause, and supporting young people, among others. New sessions are added over time, so it is worth checking back. Is the CPD live or recorded? All CPD is self-paced and on-demand. You access recorded sessions and any accompanying materials online and work through them in your own time, as often as you like within your access period. There are no fixed dates or times to attend. Access and Technical Questions How do I get access after I buy? Once your payment is confirmed, your content is made available through your account or via a secure link, so you can usually start straight away. You will also receive confirmation by email. How long do I have access? Unless a session description says otherwise, you have access to paid content for 12 months from the date of purchase, to revisit as often as you wish during that time. What do I need to access the content? You will need a device capable of playing online video and opening PDF files, along with a stable internet connection. A free PDF reader is enough to open any accompanying handouts or workbooks. Can I download the videos or share my login? No. Your access is personal to you. Videos are for viewing within the site and should not be recorded, downloaded, or shared, and your login should not be shared with anyone else. Where downloadable materials such as slides or handouts are provided, these are for your personal use only. Full details are in the Learning Terms. I am having trouble accessing my content. What should I do? Please email me at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk with a brief description of the problem and the device and browser you are using, and I will help you get back in. If content will not play or is inaccessible through no fault of your own, I will restore access or, where the problem cannot be remedied, refund you. CPD Certificates Will I get a CPD certificate? Paid CPD sessions include a certificate. Where a certificate is offered, the session description says so and gives the indicative CPD hours. Free content is provided for learning and does not normally carry a certificate unless stated. How do I receive my certificate? Once you have completed a paid session your certificate is issued automatically, recording your name, the session title, the date of completion and the indicative CPD hours. Please make sure the details you give me are accurate, as they appear on the certificate. Will this CPD count towards my professional requirements? CPD hours are indicative and offered in good faith. Whether a particular session meets the requirements of your professional body or employer is for you to confirm, as requirements vary between professions and organisations. Keeping your certificate and your own reflective record is the usual way to evidence your learning. Payment, Refunds, and Free Content How do I pay, and is it secure? Payment is taken securely at checkout by debit or credit card through Stripe. I do not see, store, or have access to your full card or bank details. All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Can I get a refund? Because CPD is digital content delivered online, the position depends on whether you asked for immediate access. If you chose immediate access and confirmed this at checkout, you waived your 14-day right to change your mind, so a refund for change of mind is not available once access has been made available. If you did not want to waive that right, and so did not give that confirmation, your access is held back until the 14-day cancellation period has passed, and you can cancel for any reason within that period for a full refund. Separately, if content is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected and I will restore access or refund you as appropriate. Do I need to pay to access the free content? No. Free content is exactly that. You may be asked to register with your name and email address so I can give you access, but there is no charge. Free content is provided on the same terms of use as paid content, which means it is for your personal learning and should not be shared or redistributed. Using the Content and Other Questions Does the CPD count as clinical supervision? No. My CPD is educational and does not constitute clinical supervision, nor does it create a supervisory or therapeutic relationship between us. Where you apply learning in your own practice, you remain responsible for your professional decisions and for working within the limits of your competence and your professional body's requirements. Can I use your CPD to train my own team or clients? Your access is for your own learning and CPD. Showing or delivering the content to a group, team, or class as part of your own training is not permitted without my written consent. If you would like to use my materials in your own training or with a team, please email me at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk - I respond to permission requests promptly and am usually glad to find an arrangement that works. I found a topic difficult or it raised things for me personally. What should I do? Some sessions touch on sensitive subjects. The content is educational and is not a substitute for therapy or personal support. If a session raises something for you and you are experiencing significant distress, please reach out to appropriate support. The content is not designed for use in a crisis - if you, or someone in your care, are in distress or at risk of harm, please contact: • Your GP • NHS 111 (option 2 for mental health) - call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk • Samaritans - call 116 123 or visit samaritans.org • Shout - text 85258 or visit giveusashout.org • 999 if you or someone else is at immediate risk Do you also sell books and resources? Yes. Handbooks, workbooks, and other resources are available from my shop at www.dragonflyshop.co.uk, which has its own terms and FAQs. I also offer therapy, wellness walks, and in-person workshops through my main site. Will you let me know when new CPD is available? Only if you ask me to. You can opt in to my newsletter, which goes out roughly monthly with news of new content, reflections, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How I handle your information is set out in the Learning Privacy Notice. How do I contact you? For anything to do with the learning site or your CPD, please email me at victoria@dragonflypsychotherapy.co.uk. I aim to respond promptly and to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. It does not replace the Learning Terms and Conditions or the Learning Privacy Notice, which set out your rights and my obligations in full. © 2026 Dragonfly Psychotherapy. Dr Victoria Froome.
